Summary: The shower had the worst water pressure I’ve experienced in years, and the water temperature was only lukewarm. It wasn’t possible to use the rain showerhead at all—only the handheld one worked. The reception staff was friendly, but there was confusion about my booking. A receptionist knocked on my door to ask which service I used to book the room, my name, and when I would be checking out. I don’t understand why these details couldn’t have been clarified at check-in or checkout instead. There was also an uncomfortable incident where a maid accidentally entered my room just as I was stepping out of the shower. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable.
